Access groups control which users can see and book which instruments. Assign tenant users to a group, link the group to the instruments they're allowed to book, and optionally require training on sensitive equipment. Tenants only see what's relevant to them.
Yes. Reports can be aggregated by group (typically mapped to tenant), project, funding code, or equipment, then filtered by date range. This makes it straightforward to produce per-tenant usage reports for chargeback, benchmarking, or landlord-style reporting on facility utilisation.
User seats are reusable: remove a leaving user and add a new one without changing your bill. Admins can also set an automatic removal date per user, which is useful when a tenant's contract has a known end date. Access groups can be updated independently of the user list.
